The following petition is posted on the website of the UN's Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights. SWOP-PHX and Best Practices Policy Project are challenging the US' commitment to human rights in light of the harsh and broad anti-prostitution laws in Phoenix, as well as the "arrest-and-rescue" model of outreach and service like that employed by ASU School of Social Work's prostitution-diversion program, Project ROSE.
